Welcome to this blog. The purpose of which is to send out a message that there needs to be a restoration of the truths of the Bible. That all men and women should go back and walk on the ancient path. The original path that was laid down by God and to worship him based on the foundational faith that was laid up by the apostles and the prophets, Jesus himself the chief corner (Ephesians 2:20). To arouse readers to do more Bible studies and not just bible readings. Because the word of God says in Acts 3:21 that heaven will not release Jesus Christ for his 2nd coming until all truths are restored back.
By the grace of God through this blog, we will discover and renounce the confused pagan doctrines that are so widely adopted into Christianity today. It may sound contradictory to Christianity as many will say or controversy to some. However, a revealed truth is always a surprise. Papua New Guinea is a Christian country. This means that we have more Christian church goers here. We love our church and we love to go to church. We want others to see that we go to church and we want others to know that we are Christians. Some of us may be babies in the Christian faith. Others would by now having a Christian faith as of a senior with a support stick. The question one should ponder is; in all this, is our worship going to the True God of the Bible. The God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, the Creator of the heaven and the earth and the seas and the fountains of waters – the God of the Israelites whom by his grace through his son Jesus Christ we the gentiles are adopted into his fold as a wild olive branch drafted onto the olive tree? In all this Christian journey of ours, have we been like the Christians described in the book of Acts 17:11? That whatever we hear from our Pastors preaching from the pulpit we go study back at home to see that what the Pastors said at the pulpit is actually what the bible says?
Why is it that, though we are a Christian country, we are ranked one of the worst society to live in – a society that is a complete opposite of Christianity. Our attitude is destroyed. Our conscience is destroyed. Our reasoning capacity is destroyed. Our common sense is destroyed. Bible went further to say “my people are destroyed from lack of knowledge” Hosea 4:6. Since we are a Christian country and are God’s people through his son Jesus Christ, we are destroyed for the lack of the knowledge of the God we are worshipping.
Therefore, in this darkness because of the lack of this knowledge, our worship is to something else. In other words, we can say, in our confusion, someone is enjoying receiving worship that is meant for Jehovah.
I hope you will find something refreshing as you browse through this blog and waiting for the 2nd advent of our Lord. Remember that the Bible says “..all eyes will see him”. Are we ready to see him? Are we wearing the right ‘garment’ for the wedding?
